Working principle:
The use of rare earth permanent magnetic field for magnetic suspension vibration isolation drive can replace the hard (mechanical) connection of traditional couplings and realize soft (magnetic) connection. A new type of coupling with protection function that connects the drive end and the load end together uses the strong magnetic field interaction of rare earth permanent magnets to transmit torque in the air and realize soft start and soft connection.
Note: L is the body length,
L1 is the load shaft extension length (when the actual shaft extension length is less than 110mm, the value of Ll is 110mm)
L2 is the shaft extension length of the motor (when the actual shaft extension length is less than 120mm, the value of L2 is 120mm)
D is the body diameter, dl is the load shaft diameter, and d2 is the motor shaft diameter
